1. Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bookpackages.buzz and any travel package booked through BookPackages Travel Co. ("BookPackages," "we," "us"). By browsing this site, submitting a booking request, or completing payment, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
BookPackages plans and sells pre-built travel packages within the United States, including lodging, guided activities, and ground transportation where stated. BookPackages does not operate as an airline ticketing agent and does not book air travel as part of standard packages unless explicitly stated in your itinerary. Lodging, tours, and activities are delivered by independent third-party providers; BookPackages selects and coordinates them but is not their employer.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from a trip planner and full or deposit payment (as specified for your package) has been processed. Prices shown on this site are starting, per-person estimates based on double occupancy and standard dates; your trip planner will confirm final pricing in writing before requesting payment. Payment is processed through a third-party, PCI-compliant payment provider.
4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, change fees, and refund eligibility are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your responsibilities as a traveler
- Provide accurate information when booking, including names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID
- Hold any identification, permits, or documents required for your specific itinerary
- Arrive at confirmed meeting points and lodging on time
- Follow posted safety rules at parks, attractions, and activities, and disclose any medical or accessibility needs in advance so we can plan accordingly
BookPackages is not responsible for missed activities or lodging caused by your late arrival, missing documentation, or failure to disclose relevant needs in advance.
6. Third-party providers
Hotels, tour operators, restaurants, and activity providers featured in a package are independent businesses. We select providers we believe are reliable, but we are not liable for their acts, omissions, closures, or changes in availability beyond our control. Where a provider cancels or substantially changes a confirmed service, we will work with you on a reasonable alternative or partial refund for that portion of the trip.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BookPackages' total liability for any claim relating to a booked package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed work, lost enjoyment, or travel disruptions caused by weather, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Assumption of risk
Outdoor activities included in some packages (hiking, water activities, wildlife viewing) carry inherent risk. By booking such a package, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow guide instructions and posted safety information.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, and itineraries on this site belong to BookPackages or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Bookings already confirmed remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
